We do not accept any returns or refunds under any circumstances once the product has been shipped.

We only offer compensation in the form of a voucher under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged during shipping and cannot be used.

• The product is expired at the time of delivery.

Once approved, we will issue you a voucher equal to the value of the affected item(s), which can be used on your next purchase. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
